The ESTCP FY 2013 solicitation was released Thursday, February 2, 2012.  Researchers from Federal organizations, universities, and private industry can apply for ESTCP funding.

The ESTCP Director conducted an online seminar “ESTCP Installation Energy & Water Funding Opportunities - FY 2013” on February 16, 2012. This “how to play” briefing provided valuable information for those interested in new ESTCP funding opportunities. During the online seminar, participants had an opportunity to ask questions about the funding process, the current ESTCP solicitation, and the proposal submission process.
